Account and access
Manage workspace members, change your password, and review AI usage.
Run result emails
Get an email when a run you hear about finishes: your own runs, and a failure of a test you own. Emails go through the mail server in Settings › Email.
Time zone
The dates and times your runs write, such as {{date()}}, {{datetime()}}, Save date and {{currentDate}}, are written in this time zone, unless a step names one of its own.
AI provider
Every AI feature goes through one connection. Pick a provider and model version; keys are stored on the server and never shown again.
Decision model
A System One model answers typed questions about a failure — what caused it, whether a retry would pass, whether the application is at fault — so MAYA can act on the answer instead of reading a paragraph. Optional, and separate from the AI provider above.
MAYA sends invitations, password reset links and suite results by email. The outbox lists every email it tried to send.

Run slots on this server
Each run holds a browser, about 0.75 GiB of memory. When every slot is taken, new runs wait their turn instead of being refused.
Commands, console, network and timings are always kept. None of this uses AI tokens.
